We're looking for a compassionate, motivated Licensed Massage Therapist who loves helping people, enjoys working as part of a collaborative healthcare team, and is excited about continuing to learn and grow.
This isn't a spa environment. Our massage therapists play an important role in patient care by working alongside our doctors to improve movement, decrease pain, and accelerate recovery.
What You'll Do
As part of our clinical team, you'll:
- Perform therapeutic massage tailored to each patient's needs
- Work closely with chiropractors and rehabilitation staff
- Assist in treatment plans designed to improve mobility, decrease pain, and optimize function
- Document treatments accurately and efficiently
- Educate patients on self-care and recovery strategies
- Maintain a clean, organized treatment room
- Build lasting relationships with patients through exceptional care
- Help create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish
What We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who is:
- Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Ohio
- Friendly, professional, and compassionate
- Excellent at communicating with patients and coworkers
- Reliable and punctual
- Passionate about health and wellness
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Eager to continue learning and growing
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Deep tissue massage
- Sports massage
- Myofascial release
- Trigger point therapy
- Prenatal massage
- Stretch therapy
- Cupping
- Instrument-assisted soft tissue techniques

Compensation
