xGen Insurance Group is actively looking to add a Commercial Lines Marketing Coordinator to our transportation team. We are a rapidly growing agency with a fun and goal-driven culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Market new and renewal commercial lines business to carriers and MGAs, preparing complete submissions with all necessary documentation, applications, and supporting materials.
- Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with underwriters and carrier representatives to gain favorable terms, appetites, and competitive quotes.
- Collaborate closely with producers to understand client needs, gather risk information, and provide market intelligence and coverage options.
- Obtain, review, and compare multiple quotes; prepare clear coverage comparisons, proposals, and recommendations for the producer team.
- Negotiate policy terms, pricing, and conditions with carriers when appropriate.
- Track submission status, follow up on outstanding quotes, and manage timelines to ensure timely placements and renewals.
- Maintain accurate records in the agency management system and provide regular updates on marketing efforts and results.
- Stay current on commercial lines products, carrier appetites, forms, and market conditions.
- Assist with carrier appointments, program development, and special projects as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3+ years of commercial lines insurance experience, preferably in marketing, placement, underwriting, or account management at an agency or carrier.
- Licensing: Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages, rating, and submission processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships with carrier partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and agency management systems
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
