Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Dishwasher to join our dynamic culinary team! Responsibilities
- Thoroughly wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools following proper food handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies and preparing ingredients when needed.
- Support banquet and catering events by providing timely dishwashing services and ensuring all serving ware is ready for use.
- Keep the kitchen area clean by sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy service periods.
- Follow safety protocols and health regulations to maintain a hygienic environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of basic kitchen operations including bussing, food handling, and cleaning procedures.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Excellent teamwork skills; able to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management.
- Experience in banquet service or catering environments is a plus.
