- Answer inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist clients with policy updates, renewals, billing questions, and coverage information
- Process policy changes, payments, and documentation accurately
- Support agents and team members with administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes in agency management systems
- Help resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Follow insurance regulations, company procedures, and compliance standards
- Build positive relationships with clients through exceptional service
Qualifications
- Florida 2-20, 20-44, or 4-40 Insurance License Required
- Prior experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and data entry skills
