Do you enjoy staying active, working with your hands, and taking pride in leaving things better than you found them? Hot Springs Off-Road Park is looking for a dependable Housekeeping Team Member to help keep our lodgings, restrooms, and guest areas clean, comfortable, and ready for adventure.
Our mission is to help people Escape the Everyday through unforgettable outdoor family experiences. While Housekeeping often works behind the scenes, the work you do directly impacts every guest who stays with us.

Current Weekday Schedule
We are currently looking for someone available approximately:
- Monday: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM or 3:00 PM, depending on workload
- Thursday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM or 3:00 PM, depending on workload
- Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Some flexibility may be needed based on guest departures, occupancy, holidays, and peak Park seasons.
What You’ll Do
Lodging & Facility Cleaning
- Clean and prepare lodgings between guest stays
- Clean restrooms, shower houses, pavilion areas, and other Park facilities
- Sweep, mop, dust, scrub, sanitize, and complete other cleaning tasks
- Wash, dry, fold, and organize laundry
- Ensure facilities are clean, stocked, organized, and guest-ready
- Report damages, maintenance concerns, or missing items promptly
Stocking & Guest Readiness
- Restock toiletries, amenities, and cleaning supplies
- Monitor restroom and shower house cleanliness throughout the day
- Report and return lost-and-found items according to Park procedures
- Help maintain organized housekeeping supplies and work areas
Checklists & Team Support
- Complete daily, weekly, and lodging turnover checklists accurately and thoroughly
- Follow established housekeeping procedures and SOPs
- Communicate with the Housekeeping Supervisor about completed work or areas needing additional attention
- Use Trello, Campspot, On-the-Clock, WhatsApp, and other Park systems as needed (training provided)
- Assist other Park departments when needed

Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred, but not required—we’ll provide training
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; mature high school students may be considered
- Dependable and able to manage time effectively
- Able to perform physically active work throughout the shift
- Comfortable using a phone and basic Park software
- Familiarity with Norwex products, natural cleaning supplies, or cleaning methods that protect people, property, and the environment is a plus
- Valid Driver’s License preferred
Work Environment
This is an active position that involves working in multiple locations throughout the Park. You’ll move between lodgings, restrooms, bathhouses, common areas, and other facilities throughout the day.
Some work may be outdoors with exposure to heat, cold, rain, dirt, and changing weather conditions.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift, carry, and move up to 25 pounds
- Regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, stoop, and climb
- Remain physically active for most of the workday
- Move efficiently between multiple facilities throughout the Park

Pay: $12.50 - $19.50 per hour
