Overview
We are seeking an experienced pizza maker, proficient in Napolitan style pizza. You will make the pizza dough and prepare pizzas for an Italian bakery. Weekend and evening availability is required.
Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, including regular cleaning of cooking equipment and utensils.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
- Provide excellent food service by ensuring all pizzas are presented attractively before serving.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
