AquaTech Swim is hiring a full-time Customer Service Coordinator for our Alameda location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting directly with customers, thrives in a structured environment, and takes pride in creating a smooth, positive experience for every family who walks through our doors.

Mondays: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Tuesdays: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Wednesdays: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Thursdays: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Fridays: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Sundays: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Schedule will be set and consistent week-to-week.

- Welcome and assist families in person at the front desk
- Help customers coordinate lesson schedules, enrollments, and account updates
- Answer questions and resolve issues with a friendly, solutions-focused approach
- Manage front desk operations and keep daily workflows running smoothly
- Communicate clearly with families and team members throughout the day
- Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming environment
- 18+ and high school diploma (or equivalent)
- 1+ year of customer service or similar experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and confident in face-to-face interactions
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable using systems (CRM, scheduling tools, etc.)
This is not a back-office customer service role—you’ll be at the center of the customer experience.
