Health Harvest Insurance Broker is seeking self motivated and energetic individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will be guiding clients through various Life and Health insurance products, helping them navigate their options to find the best coverage for their needs. This role as a Licensed Independent Insurance Broker, requires strong communication skills, a knack for sales, and the ability to build relationships with clients. Bilingual is not a requirement, however, is a plus and will give you more opportunity.
Full time, part time and seasonal opportunities available. Seasonal is from September through December and January through March. Commission is uncapped with monthly residuals paid after the calendar year. This career has a high earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
- Analyze clients' health needs and make plan recommendations.
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Clarify terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients.
- Compare insurance plans side by side.
- Provide guidance on benefits administration and compliance with regulations such as HIPAA.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide informed recommendations.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals tailored to individual client needs.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Requirements and Qualities
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred but NOT required.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people.
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
- Experience in outside sales is a plus and will certainly provide you with an advantage.
- Clear background is preferred hower DWI is ok, Possession OK, Minor offenses OK, Misdemeanor OK, offenses past 5 years ok, Financial crimes NOT OK. If in doubt , apply and send us a message.
- Must be willing to study and train for a state "INSURANCE" license. We will provide guidannce , training and mentorship.
- Must be self motivated and willing to grow into a professional role.
- Must be self disciplined and willing to set aside life's distractions in order to focus and advance in the career.
- Must have initiative to do what is needed in order to be successful in your career.
- Must have integrity to do what is right every single time.
- Must be coachable and willing to trust in their mentors along with the process.
Health Harvest support includes:

You will be a 1099 contracted independent agent. This is not a W-2 opportunity. NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

Pay: $50,239.00 - $111,733.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
