Position: Home Health Nurse (RN or LPN)
Location: West Valley, AZ
Job Type: Per Visit | Flexible Schedule
Pay:
- RNs: Starting at $70 - $130 per visit (experience based)
- LPNs: Starting at $60 per visit
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes according to individualized care plans
- Monitor patient health, administer medications, and educate patients and families
- Coordinate with care teams and document patient progress
- Maintain a safe and supportive home environment for patient care
Qualifications:
- Active Arizona State Nursing License (RN or LPN)
- Valid CPR Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (or willing to obtain upon hire)
- Negative TB Test (required prior to start)
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
