Quality Design Inc. is looking for dependable, hardworking Landscapers to join our professional landscape maintenance and enhancement crews. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and want to grow with a company that values its employees, we'd like to hear from you.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform commercial landscape maintenance
- Mow, edge, trim, and blow properties
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Install mulch, sod, and landscape materials
- Assist with irrigation repairs and installations as needed
- Operate landscape equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Work as part of a team to complete daily routes efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous landscaping experience preferred (training available for motivated applicants)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Valid Texas Driver License is a plus
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow directions and work well with a team
