POSITION OVERVIEW
Mass Commercial Cleaning (MCC) is hiring dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to service local commercial facilities. You'll help maintain a clean, professional environment where reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic matter most.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean and sanitize teller areas, offices, conference rooms, and lobbies
- Clean restrooms and restock paper products and soap
- Vacuum carpets and spot-clean floors
- Damp-mop hard floors as needed
- Empty trash and recycling discreetly
- Clean glass doors, interior windows, and entry areas
- Secure and lock up the facility when required
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Reliable, punctual attendance
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
- Willing to pass a background check (bank standard)
- Cleaning experience preferred, but not required — training provided
SECURITY & PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS
- Follow all bank security protocols at all times
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information
- No access to cash, vaults, or secured documents
- Professional appearance and conduct required
