Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscaper to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing beautiful outdoor spaces through skilled landscaping and groundskeeping practices. Your expertise will help ensure that lawns, gardens, and hardscape features are healthy, vibrant, and visually appealing. Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming and edging to keep outdoor areas pristine.
- Operate a variety of groundskeeping and landscaping equipment such as power tools, lawn mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently.
- Identify different plant species and assess their health; apply appropriate practices for plant care and pest management.
- Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of landscapes.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
- Proven outdoor work experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to landscape maintenance equipment and power tools operation.
- Familiarity with landscape design principles, plant identification, and pesticide management techniques.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks requiring stamina and attention to detail in various weather conditions.
- Prior experience with tree care, lawn care, gardening, or hardscape installation is advantageous.
