Duties
- Engage with prospective and existing clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and retail sales channels
- Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend suitable property, casualty, health, and life insurance policies
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums to secure optimal coverage for clients while meeting company targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and ongoing client communication
- Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details
- Stay up-to-date with insurance regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice
- Assist clients with benefits administration, claims processes, and policy renewals to enhance customer satisfaction
Experience
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related outside sales roles, preferably within property, casualty, health, or life insurance sectors
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques and telemarketing strategies
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse client bases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM system platforms for efficient sales management
- Knowledge of insurance regulation standards and compliance requirements is essential
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction, consultation, and relationship building
