Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeping and Front Desk Associate, where you'll be the cornerstone of a welcoming environment for our guests. This dual role combines meticulous cleaning responsibilities with front desk customer service, ensuring each guest experiences comfort, cleanliness, and personalized attention. Your energy and professionalism will help create memorable stays while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and hospitality excellence.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of RV sites and public areas, including vacuuming, floor care, and sanitation using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemical agents.
- Handle chemical substances safely by following safety data sheets (SDS) guidelines and proper chemical handling procedures.
- Manage manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of household type cleaning equipment, furnishings, or cleaning supplies to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk by greeting guests, managing check-in/check-out processes, booking guests, and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the office, bathrooms, laundry room, and other areas; and assist with administrative tasks such as reservations or guest requests.
- Follow emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety in any situation.
- Keep records of cleaning activities, maintenance issues, and guest interactions to support park operations.
Experience
- Prior housekeeping experience or custodial/ janitorial experience is highly preferred, but not necessary -- will train, however, attention to detail is required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
