Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise culinary teams, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service are consistently met.
- Oversee the dietary department to ensure compliance with nutritional guidelines and dietary restrictions.
- Manage food production processes, including menu planning, food handling, and cooking techniques aligned with fine dining standards.
- Supervise banquet operations and catering services to deliver exceptional event experiences.
- Implement inventory management protocols to control stock levels, reduce waste, and optimize food costs.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all areas of operation.
- Coordinate shift schedules, monitor kitchen workflows, and manage staffing levels for maximum efficiency.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, leadership development, and continuous improvement within the culinary and hospitality teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or food service leadership with a focus on fine dining environments.
- Extensive banquet experience coupled with supervising teams in fast-paced settings.

- Demonstrated expertise in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management.
- Excellent skills in inventory control, food handling, and catering logistics.
