Responsibilities Skills You'll Need:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant maintenance and repair operations, preferably within the aggregate industry.
Certifications/Licenses:
Valid Driver's License
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Deep understanding of plant equipment, systems, and maintenance best practices
Expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical failures
Proficiency in welding, cutting, and using advanced tools for repairs
Strong knowledge of equipment teardown and rebuild processes
Qualifications - External
Critical Competencies:
Repairing and Maintaining Mechanical Equipment:
Capable of independently performing and completing most routine maintenance tasks on quarry plant equipment. Experienced in using the appropriate tools and techniques for repairing conveyors, crushers, screens, pumps, and other essential plant machinery
Making Decisions and Solving Problems:
Skilled in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing common mechanical issues to ensure equipment reliability. Ability to read and comprehend Service Manuals, Hydraulic Schematics, and Parts Manuals.
Communication and Collaboration:
Effective communication and collaboration with teams to optimize plant performance
Evaluating Information to Determine Compliance with Standards:
Ability to follow maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
Proactiveness:
Self-motivated with a high level of accountability and attention to detail

Hourly Range. The base hourly range for this role is between $36.00 - $39.00 per hour . This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors, including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
