Position: Panel Appraiser

Responsibilities:

Complete high-quality residential property appraisals

Meet established turnaround times while maintaining accuracy

Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, and team members

Ensure compliance with USPAP and all applicable industry standards

Manage appraisal assignments efficiently and independently
Qualifications:

Active State Certified Residential, Licensed or Certified General Appraisal license

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines

Experience with appraisal software preferred
