Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the seamless operation of our facilities and equipment. Duties
- Conduct preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair appliance malfunctions, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
- Install, service, and troubleshoot kitchen equipment such as ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators, and other appliances.
- Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks across multiple locations while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform routine inspections of mechanical systems, air conditioning units, and HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems to identify issues early.
- Utilize technical knowledge of schematics and HVAC & appliance technology to troubleshoot complex problems efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts inventory to support operational continuity.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with team members and end-users regarding maintenance issues and resolutions.
- Lead or assist in training junior technicians on equipment repair techniques and safety procedures as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC system repair, refrigeration, and mechanical systems repair.
- Demonstrated ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams accurately.
- Knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology including air conditioning systems and kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) activities across diverse mechanical systems.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely in various environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy equipment or parts as required.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
