Lead and participate in HR projects, ensuring successful delivery within timelines and budget.
Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and regulations.

Performance Management – Responsible for providing consultative support in assessing individual and departmental performance needs. Responsible for assisting in the design, implementation and evaluation of programs that engage employees in individual and departmental performance management that reflects the objectives of the city.
Training and Development – Design, develop and facilitate training programs. Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skills gaps and develop appropriate training programs to address them. Create and maintain training materials, and deliver training sessions in a variety of formats.
