Animal Medical Center is a private veterinary practice seeking talent to fill the position of an experienced and driven veterinary technician.
- Position requires a passion for animals and client interaction, including but not limited to, assisting the veterinarian during medical, dental, surgical, and exam room procedures, to properly hold and restrain pets, maintain and use medical equipment, perform routine laboratory procedures and analyses, administer treatments, injections, and vaccinations per doctor instructions, maintain pharmacy records, controlled drug, anesthesia, fecal, and heartworm test logs, take radiographs, check weights, vitals, temperature, pulse, and respiration, complete ear cleanings and toenail trim/grinds and more.
- We offer a competitive and continuous professional training track and growth potential, lunch and learns, cross-training available, and a 5 day work week. Must be able to work weekends. AMC caters lunch on Saturdays.
-Willing to train. Pay is based on experiance.
