Job Title: Property Accountant
Pay: $35hr-$40.00/hour

Location: Oak Brook, IL (Fully Onsite)
- Manage month-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements for assigned properties.
- Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, tenant receivables, and operating expenses while investigating and resolving variances.
- Partner with Property Managers to ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting support, and timely resolution of accounting issues.
- Review accounts payable activity, maintain fixed asset records, and support year-end audits and financial reporting.
