We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing functions using standardized tools and clinical observations
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's specific needs, incorporating evidence-based therapy techniques
- Provide direct therapy sessions for pediatric and adult patients with speech or language delays, articulation issues, or feeding difficulties
- Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent support across environments
- Educate families on strategies to support communication development at home
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with regulatory standards
- Stay current with advancements in speech therapy practices, physiology knowledge, medical terminology, and anatomy to enhance patient care
- Supervise speech therapy assistants
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience with patient assessment techniques and early intervention strategies
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with children, families, educators, and healthcare professionals
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to speech-language pathology is advantageous

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
