The HR Onboarding Lead plays a key role in delivering a seamless and high‑quality onboarding experience for clients implementing HR modules. This role is responsible for guiding customers through system configuration, training, and successful deployment while ensuring timelines, requirements, and expectations are consistently met. The ideal candidate is client‑focused, detail‑oriented, and skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Success in this role requires strong communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving abilities, along with a collaborative mindset when working with internal teams and external partners.

Lead end‑to‑end onboarding of HR modules for new clients

Configure HR software solutions to align with client needs

Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables

Serve as the primary point of contact for HR onboarding projects

Conduct client training sessions and deliver ongoing support

Collaborate closely with internal teams and third‑party vendors

Identify opportunities for process optimization and proactively resolve issues

Minimum 3 years of payroll or financial experience preferred

Fundamentals of Payroll Certification (FPC) or related certifications preferred

Experience using project management tools and working within structured methodologies
