Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)Joint Injection Provider & Clinical Consultant

Immediate Need:
We are actively onboarding licensed providers in this area to provide clinical oversight and in-person care for an immediate and upcoming patient.
This is a 1099 independent contractor, PRN position designed for maximum autonomy. There are no mandatory shifts or clinic hours. You will self-assign cases and chart reviews through our proprietary HIPAA-compliant portal based entirely on your local availability.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide joint injection services and clinical consultation support for our growing wellness and mobile healthcare practice. This role offers flexibility through a combination of remote patient oversight (telehealth)and occasional in-person procedures performed in the patient's home or local area.
The ideal candidate is already clinically proficient in evaluating musculoskeletal complaints and performing joint injections independently.
Key Responsibilities
1. In-Person Advanced Procedures & Injections
- Perform patient evaluations for joint and musculoskeletal pain.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Perform joint injections, including:
- Knees
- Shoulders
- Hips
- Elbows
- Wrists
- Ankles
- Other appropriate musculoskeletal injections based on experience
- Provide patient education regarding treatment options and expected outcomes.
- Document patient encounters and treatment plans.
2. Telehealth Consultation & Oversight
- Review patient histories and treatment recommendations as needed.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing and administrative staff.
- Participate in case reviews and treatment planning.
- Conduct virtual consultations and follow-up appointments when appropriate.
- Assist with developing best practices and enhancing patient care experiences.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
- Experience performing joint injections independently.
- Strong assessment and patient communication skills.
- Orthopedic, sports medicine, family practice, pain management, or related experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a flexible care environment.
