Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis or related service line (Special Education, Psychology, etc.)
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- 2+ years clinical experience with clinic-based ABA
- Experience working with a multidisciplinary team is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills including communication, empathy, emotional intelligence, and flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate a team approach toward treatment
- Conduct Behavioral Assessments and write reports and treatment recommendations required by payers
- Train and supervise BCBAs and RBTs
- Implement, monitor, collect, and evaluate data
- Work directly with clients as needed
- Program development and implement marketing strategies
- Evaluate the efficacy of treatment
- Demonstrate perspective taking of patients, staff, and families
- Implement direct instruction and naturalistic teaching styles with high fidelity
- Exhibit professional behavior at all times
- Demonstrate competence with Crisis Intervention
- Facilitate effective training with parents and staff
