Duties

- Manage advertising sales efforts by creating engaging content, designing promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite, and optimizing campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.
- Implement and oversee marketing automation tools to streamline lead generation, nurture prospects through targeted email sequences, and enhance CRM system utilization for customer relationship management.
- Conduct web analytics reporting using Google Analytics and other tools to analyze campaign performance, interpret data-driven insights, and adjust strategies accordingly to improve ROI.
- Lead content writing initiatives for property listings, blogs, social media posts, and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
- Coordinate social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads to boost visibility and engagement within target markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and leasing agents to align marketing efforts with business objectives while managing budgets effectively.
Skills
- Proven expertise in SEO techniques to enhance online visibility of leasing properties and related content.
- Strong knowledge of multichannel marketing tactics including digital advertising sales, social media marketing, email campaigns, and print advertising.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for graphic design projects.
- Experience implementing marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo to optimize lead nurturing processes.
- Skilled in managing marketing projects from inception through execution with excellent organizational abilities.
- Deep understanding of web analytics reporting using Google Analytics and other platforms to inform decision-making.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot for managing customer data and tracking campaign effectiveness.
- Ability to craft compelling copywriting content for diverse channels including web pages, emails, ads, and brochures.

Pay: $53,202.49 - $64,071.81 per year
