Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to help in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. Duties
- Assist in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
- Support students with special needs, providing individualized attention and care.
- Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
- Monitor student behavior and implement behavior management strategies as needed.
- Facilitate activities to enhance learning experiences.
- Communicate effectively regarding student progress and any concerns.
- Assist with classroom management, ensuring all students are engaged and focused.
Skills
- Proven experience working with children in various settings such as daycare, nannying, or babysitting.
- Effective communication skills to interact positively with students, parents, and staff.
