We are looking for bilingual (Mandarin/English) speaker who is friendly, reliable, and has a positive attitude. In this role, you will assist walk-in customers, answer product questions, process orders, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the counter and answer incoming phone calls with product and order inquiries.
- Process quotes, sales orders, and returns, including Visa and cash transactions.
- Accurately pick, pull, pack, and stage plumbing materials according to packing slips.
- Receive and unload delivery trucks, verify incoming shipments against packing slips, and stock materials in the proper warehouse locations.
- Follow up on special orders and backorders, process customer returns, and inspect returned items for restocking.
- Assist customers by loading plumbing materials into their vehicles when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe counter, warehouse, and work area, including routine housekeeping tasks.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer skills for order entry and inventory lookup.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
- Dependable, positive attitude, and able to work well with both customers and coworkers.
Compensation & Benefits:

Hours:
- 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
- 8am - 1pm Saturday
