Immediate Openings – Haledon, NJ
We are actively hiring Male Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) for the following opportunities:
- Sunday Shift: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Male Live-In Caregiver
Essential Job Duties
- Provide care according to the individualized Plan of Care developed by the supervising nurse.
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, ambulation, and prescribed exercises.
- Prepare meals and modified diets as directed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Perform light housekeeping and grocery shopping to maintain a safe home environment.
- Observe and report changes in the client's condition, vital signs, skin integrity, or symptoms.
- Remind clients to take prescribed medications.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate changes to the supervising nurse.
- Complete annual compliance training and required documentation.

Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Certified Homemaker-Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required
- Male caregiver required for these specific client assignments
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Current physical examination meeting New Jersey requirements
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Ability to work independently in a client's home
