The Utility Operations Associate is responsible for the receipt of ingredients and hard goods, maintaining inventory and a clean storage area, and managing empty and full semi-trailers on the dock. This employee will also assist with production and dock responsibilities as needed. 3rd shift does receive a $1.00 shift premium.
Inventory
-
Complete scheduled physical inventory according to a list and schedule provided by the Production Supervisor and/or Plant Manager.

Scan and send current inventory information to a specified copy group.
-
Follow up on count questions and necessary inventory resolutions.
Receiving
-
Coordinate with delivery drivers and direct them to the designated dock.
-
Inspect goods according to food safety policy, complete required paperwork, and scan/forward paperwork as necessary.

Assemble and store products in a food-safe manner.
-
Initiate damaged goods protocol as needed.
Storage Maintenance
-
Utilize established SSOPs to ensure dry storage areas are maintained in a food-safe manner.

Complete weekly tasks and communicate with the Production Supervisor to ensure all tasks are completed.

Manage pallet movement to ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures are followed.
Trailer Management
-
Rotate and park bottle trailers to support efficient production.
-
Complete trailer inspections as required and report any damage.

Complete receiving paperwork associated with bottle usage and trailer management.

Coordinate with dock staff and the Production Supervisor to manage empty and full trailers, including placing specified trailers on the out pad and moving empties to the dock to ensure smooth operation.
Additional Responsibilities

Deliver product from the dock to the farm store as needed.

Assist in the fill room or dock as needed and as time permits.

Perform other tasks as assigned.

Ability to operate a semi-tractor/trailer and/or be trained to do so. (CDL not needed)
