Join Mikro-Technik as a Machine Operator / Operations Supervisor, where you will play a key role in both hands-on manufacturing and operational oversight. Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and adjust production machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance, basic repairs, and troubleshooting on machinery.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and compliance are met.
- Complete production and operational documentation accurately; this may initially be done manually (paper-based) until systems are fully implemented.
- Support daily production coordination and assist with supervising operations as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with team members to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and manufacturing procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment.
