RTR Services is a National Asset Management Company, based in Salem, OR and we are looking to add a Field Agent based out of our Salem, OR office, due to continued growth.

** This job requires travel throughout the U.S. on a set schedule of TWO WEEKS ON AND ONE WEEK OFF.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (between 25 to 100lbs)
- Ability to think logically and logistically.
- Ability to manage themselves on time sensitive issues.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer skills.
Primary Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- Driving of company and non-company vehicles over short and long distances when getting from one account to the next, in the performance of their duties, with the primary focus on the repossession of commercial equipment.
- Must be willing to fly commercially.
- Main transportation is a company 26 ft. box truck or van.
- Loading and unloading of equipment.
- Supervision of other personnel on job sites.

Compensation:
Base Salary: $3,800 per month. (plus $60.00/day per diem while traveling)
- A salary adjustment after 90 days of consecutive employment. Company pays all travel/field related expenses; however, employees earn and keep their associated airline miles, hotel points, etc.
