- Assist retail customers and service technicians in identifying and ordering the correct parts
- Process parts orders, returns, and invoices efficiently and accurately
- Educate customers on all required parts to successfully complete repairs
- Maintain parts inventory levels and organization
- Research parts availability, pricing, and warranty information
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Support daily parts department operations and ensure timely delivery to the service department
- Maintain attention to detail when completing vehicle repair orders
- Stock incoming inventory in the correct locations
- Build lasting relationships with customers, vendors, and internal team members
- Utilize electronic parts catalogs and processing systems effectively
