Do you enjoy being on the road but also like hands-on work? Stone Belt is looking for a dependable Truck Driver to join our Manufacturing team in Bedford!
In this role, you'll split your time between making deliveries, picking up supplies, and working alongside our Manufacturing team to assemble quality products. When you're not behind the wheel, you'll be part of a supportive, team-oriented production environment where your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions make a real difference.
What You'll Do:
- Safely and professionally drive a Stone Belt truck to deliver manufacturing parts and pick up supplies.
- Complete deliveries and pickups in a timely manner.
- Assemble component parts according to established instructions and quality standards.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet expectations.
- Follow all company safety procedures and applicable OSHA guidelines.
- Complete required documentation accurately.
What We Are Looking For:
Required:
- A valid driver's license
- Must be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality standards.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 20 pounds.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while also being a dependable team member.
- Ability to accurately receive and communicate information.
Preferred:
- Manufacturing or production experience.
- Previous box truck driving experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
The Work Environment
You'll work a set schedule that combines driving a Stone Belt truck with hands-on manufacturing work in a climate-controlled environment designed for safety and efficiency.
