What You Will Do
As a New Graduate Registered Nurse, you will provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care under the guidance of experienced clinical leaders while developing your professional practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing comprehensive patient assessments and documenting findings in the medical record

Participating in the development and implementation of individualized plans of care

Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards

Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to support optimal patient outcomes

Upholding Baton Rouge General policies related to safety, infection prevention, and patient confidentiality
