Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated <PERSON> to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities
- Lead and assist with designing and building window frames ensuring structural integrity and adherence to schematics
- Execute framing tasks including woodworking, metal stud framing, and trim carpentry with precision
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate efficient construction processes
- Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide project execution and ensure specifications are met
- Support remodeling and renovation efforts by applying carpentry skills. l
- Assist with heavy lifting and material handling using appropriate tools and safety procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high safety standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on building erection, concrete forming, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and safety protocols
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate project execution
- Experience operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining proper technique
- Familiarity with various construction disciplines including carpentry (frame carpentry, trim carpentry) and restoration work
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and quality assurance
