Position Summary and duties:
The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to clients of all ages, with a focus on underserved populations.
- Mental health and chemical dependency services, including individual, group, and family therapy, conduct assessments, as well as implement treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency and state guidelines.
- Participate in individual supervision, team meetings, and community outreach as needed.
- Collaborate with medical professionals, case managers, and other service providers.
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in line with licensing and agency policies.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work culture by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling.
- Active licensure (LPC/LSW or LISW/LPCC) in Ohio.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred (internship experience considered).
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care, evidence-based practices, and community resources.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a team player with a collaborative mindset.
