This isn’t your typical front desk job. This is the front line of the Rumble experience - the first smile, the last high‑five, and the heartbeat of the studio.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Be the Face of the Studio
- Greet every member like they’re the highlight of your day
- Create a welcoming, upbeat, “let’s go!” atmosphere from open to close
- Support new members with check‑ins, gear, and class flow
Drive Sales & Build Community
- Sell memberships, class packs, and retail with confidence
- Follow up with leads and help people take their first step into Rumble
- Celebrate wins, encourage consistency, and help members feel seen
Keep the Studio Running Smooth
- Manage check‑ins, class rosters, and Mindbody operations
- Answer calls, texts, and questions with clarity and warmth
- Support coaches with class transitions and member flow
Own the Clean & Reset Standard
- Help clean the studio after each class (we all pitch in — no egos here)
- Reset the room so every class feels like the first class of the day
- Maintain a spotless lobby, retail area, and front desk
