Compensation: $120,000–$160,000 annually + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Mandatory Requirements to Apply
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- New York State SLP License or eligibility preferred
- CF-eligible candidates encouraged to apply
- Willingness to treat pediatric patients required
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
- Reliable transportation or willingness to utilize transportation support programs
- Bilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate, assess, and provide speech-language therapy services to pediatric and adult clients in home-based settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication, language, cognitive, feeding, and swallowing goals as appropriate
- Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on treatment plans, progress, and communication strategies
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic documentation using a mobile paperless system
- Collaborate with families, physicians, educators, and interdisciplinary care teams to support optimal patient outcomes
For Clinical Fellows (CF-SLPs):
- Receive mentorship and supervision from an ASHA-certified, NYS-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Gain hands-on experience while completing Clinical Fellowship requirements
- No TSSLD required for participation in the Home Visit Program
