We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our team and help elevate our brand through engaging online presence, local events, and compelling digital content.
Job Summary:
As a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping our brand image and growing our customer base. This entry-level position is perfect for someone passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and brand storytelling. You will manage all social media platforms, plan and execute marketing events, support and administer our e-commerce efforts, and create inspiring video content to promote our products and store.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the brand’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
- Develop and schedule daily/weekly content (posts, stories, reels, etc.)
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build community
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on engagement and growth
Event Planning & Execution
- Assist in the planning and promotion of in-store and community-based events
- Coordinate logistics, vendors, and event materials
- Capture content during events to be used across marketing channels
E-Commerce Administration
- Maintain product listings on the store's e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Update product descriptions, photos, prices, and inventory as needed
- Support online order fulfillment and customer service inquiries
Content Creation
- Create high-quality, engaging video and photo content for use on social media, website, and in-store screens
- Coordinate photoshoots and video shoots featuring new product arrivals and promotions
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm campaign ideas and seasonal marketing themes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization (internships and class projects count!)
- Basic photography/videography and editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media analytics tools a plus
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- Passion for fashion, footwear, and retail is a big plus
