Join 3:16 Roofing and Construction as a Project Manager, where you’ll be responsible for both selling and managing roofing projects from contract to completion. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients from beginning to end of every project to ensure their process is smooth and project is completed on time
- Meet weekly and quarterly sales goals based on company revenue targets.
- Generate self-sourced leads through referrals, door knocking, networking, and follow-ups.
- Present roofing products, materials, and services with professionalism and accuracy.
- On-site documentation for supplementing process (this requires home inspections, attic inspections, roof inspections, etc.)
- Ensure all necessary client documents have been signed and verified
- Apply for building permits on projects
- Meet with clients on products and services to accurately build their scope of work
- Order materials for each project according to budget requirements
- Create a project timeline to ensure project is completed within business requirements
- Schedule all trades to be completed on the project timeline
- Communicate with supplement department for all insurance claims
- Write estimates and supplement all cash bid trades
- Manage project installation on-site
- Provide Quality Control inspections on all projects
- Approve and issue workmanship warranties

- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' roofing needs and offer personalized roofing solutions aligned with their requirements.
- Present roofing products and services in a way that reflects our commitment to quality and integrity.
- Collaborate closely with the roofing team to prepare accurate project estimates and quotes.
- Stay updated on the latest roofing industry trends, products, and competitive landscape.
- Foster long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Communicate with clients, team members, and Upper management, to understand project requirements, expectations, and deliverables.
- Regularly provide updates and progress reports to clients to keep them informed about project status, potential issues, and mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in project management, preferably within the roofing or construction industry.
- Strong alignment with our values and principles, displaying integrity and compassion in all interactions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect on a personal and professional level.
- Proficient in understanding technical aspects related to roofing materials and solutions.
- Skilled in negotiation, presentation, and building rapport.
- Familiarity with CRM software and the Google suites.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable truck or SUV capable of carrying 20 ft or greater ladder and towing up to 8,000lbs.
- High school diploma; a degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
