Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant
Seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy professional who is detail-oriented to join our team and provide essential support to our staff and leadership.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative support
- Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and accounts payable
- Assist with payroll, vendor payments, and financial reporting
- Maintain digital and paper filing systems
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
- Support project managers with documentation, permits, and client communications
What We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop) is a must
- A/P experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace, Dropbox, etc.
- Fast and efficient Data Entry skills
- Highly motivated self starter
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience in the home improvement or construction industry
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Bonus Points For:
- Experience working with a team
- Knowledge of local permitting processes
- Knowledge of project management tools or CRM systems

Projected Total Compensation: $47,062.80 - $56,677.79 per year
