We are looking for a dependable, caring, and energetic After-School Caregiver & Family Assistant to join our family. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, is organized, and can confidently help keep afternoons running smoothly.
Schedule
- Wednesday: 2:45 PM – 8:00 PM
- Friday: 2:45 PM – 8:00 PM
- Sunday: 2:45 PM – 8:00 PM
Compensation
- $19.00–$20.25 per hour
- Performance bonuses available
Responsibilities
- Pick up children from school and transport them safely to activities or home.
- Provide homework support and encourage good study habits.
- Assist with the care of our adult son with disabilities.
- Help with light housekeeping, including tidying common areas, dishes, and keeping the home organized.
- Engage the children in positive, age-appropriate activities.
- Communicate clearly with parents regarding schedules and any concerns.
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Experience working with children; experience with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- Dependable, patient, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Comfortable maintaining a structured afternoon routine.
- Able to pass a background check and provide references.
