At Reset Restoration Services, we help families and businesses recover after water damage, fire damage, mold issues, sewage backups, and other property disasters.
We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who want more than just a job. We are seeking Restoration Technicians who take pride in their work, enjoy helping people, and want to build a long-term career in the restoration industry.
No restoration experience? That's okay.
If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training.
What You'll Do
As a Restoration Technician, you'll work alongside experienced team leaders responding to emergency losses and helping restore homes and businesses.
Responsibilities include:
- Water extraction and structural drying
- Demolition of damaged building materials
- Setting up and monitoring drying equipment
- Contents moving and pack-outs
- Cleaning and restoration services
- Mold remediation support
- Job site cleanup and organization
- Loading, unloading, and transporting equipment
- Photographing and documenting project progress
- Maintaining company vehicles and equipment
- Providing excellent customer service during stressful situations
What We're Looking ForRequired
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and other challenging environments
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
Preferred
- Restoration experience
- Construction experience
- Moving or contents handling experience
- Cleaning industry experience
- IICRC certifications
- Experience operating power tools and hand tools
