We are currently hiring an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a nursing home opportunity in Gillette, WY.

What You’ll Do
As a Registered Nurse, you will play an important role in ensuring residents receive attentive, professional, and compassionate care.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Complete nursing assessments and monitor changes in resident condition
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor vital signs and document clinical observations
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
- Communicate changes in condition to physicians and appropriate members of the care team
- Coordinate with CNAs, nurses, providers, and other healthcare professionals
- Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies
- Respond appropriately to changes in resident needs or clinical status
- Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents
What We’re Looking For
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Dependable, professional, and patient-focused
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Ability to work the required Monday–Friday schedule and every other weekend
- Previous nursing home, skilled nursing, long-term care, or related experience is preferred
