Roberta Schilling Collection is a luxury furniture and home accessories company specializing in high-end contemporary design. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer focused Inside Sales and Customer Representative to support our sales team and provide outstanding customer experience.

Duties
- Support the sales team with daily operations
- Prepare quotes and sales proposals
- Answer customer calls and emails
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Track orders and communicate order status
- Assist customers visiting the showroom
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales materials
- Coordinate with shipping, warehouse, and accounting
- Process orders and maintain accurate records
- Follow up on quotes and customer inquiries
- Help maintain the showroom and product displays
- Assist with special projects and trade events
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) — Required
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or sales support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Detail-oriented and dependable
