Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms
- Execute detailed floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and polishing surfaces to maintain pristine conditions
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, appliances, and fixtures in accordance with health guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to clients’ specific needs and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and eco-friendly products to achieve optimal results while prioritizing safety
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments promptly without compromising quality
Requirements
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or custodial work is preferred; commercial cleaning background is a plus
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and maneuvering cleaning equipment
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of janitorial practices and familiarity with cleaning supplies and safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to reach various client locations on schedule
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
