Drive census growth and occupancy across assigned facilities
Develop and execute regional business development strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, and referral sources
Oversee and support facility-level liaisons and admissions teams
Identify new referral opportunities and strategic partnerships within the market
Monitor referral trends, conversion rates, and competitive market activity
Collaborate with Administrators and clinical teams to align admissions with facility capabilities
Ensure timely follow-up on all referrals and lead conversion efforts
Conduct regular facility visits and provide coaching to admissions and marketing staff
Represent the organization at hospital meetings, community events, and networking opportunities
Track and report census goals, outreach activity, and performance metrics
Required: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience
Required: Hospital liaison or healthcare business development experience
Proven track record of driving census and building referral pipelines
Strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, and discharge planners preferred
Experience managing multiple facilities or a regional territory
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to analyze data and adjust strategy based on market trends
