Job Summary:
As a Luxury Spa Manager at Ultra Cryo & Recovery, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and supporting branch operations. Your primary responsibilities will involve actively engaging with leads, generating community outreach, and overseeing the daily operations of the wellness center to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. You will lead and coach a team towards achieving client acquisition, sales, and retention goals, embodying our company values and contributing to our mission of promoting natural healing and wellness.
This position is full-time with commission and working hours of 40-48 hours per week Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue by actively following up with leads, self-generating leads, and engaging with community outreach.
- Manage daily operations of the wellness center to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Train, coach, and oversee team members in performing tasks, adhering to standards, and achieving client acquisition and retention goals.
- Act as a front-line service representative to resolve customer service-related issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Monitor and guide team members towards meeting and exceeding sales goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop offers and promotions that support sales initiatives.
- Manage inventory and procurement of supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels within budget constraints.
- Facilitate training and development of team members to enhance skills and performance.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or related field preferred.
- Positive, outgoing, and service-oriented personality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented with proven leadership experience.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Commitment to company values, professionalism, and code of conduct.
- Proficiency in computer applications and software.
