Job Summary

Duties
- Manage inventory control by receiving, inspecting, and organizing stock shipments using RF scanners and other tools
- Load and unload deliveries efficiently with pallet jacks and forklifts while adhering to safety protocols
- Stock shelves with produce, packaged goods, and restaurant supplies to ensure product availability at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, including cleaning shelves and packaging stations
- Assist with shipping & receiving tasks, including labeling, documentation, and proper storage of items
- Support merchandising efforts by arranging stock in an appealing manner for easy access and visibility
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate retail math calculations for inventory levels and sales tracking
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to staff requests for supplies promptly and professionally
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts to ensure safety and efficiency
- Communicate effectively across multilingual teams to facilitate smooth operations in a diverse environment
Experience
- Previous warehouse or retail experience preferred; familiarity with grocery store or restaurant supply environments is a plus
- Experience operating RF scanners, pallet jacks, or forklifts is highly desirable; certification is a bonus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are advantageous for team collaboration
- Ability to lift heavy loads safely and perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting regularly
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and shipping & receiving procedures is beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy environment
